Class Allocation For Children
ST. PETER’S
PARISH FAITH FORMATION PROGRAMME
Over the years we did have parents and children wishing and requesting to be placed in class at higher level citing reasons of friends and ability which are both valid and reasonable.
However, under normal circumstance, we are not able to place children at higher level for good reasons:-
Children learn to make new friends even if they are new to each other.
Sacraments age are fixed at 10 for First Communion at P4 Class and 16 for Confirmation at Sec 4 Class.
Our Faith Formation Program includes many Extra Curriculum/Seminars/Video etc which are carefully selected and are meant for the normal age group children/youths.

Sec2 age 14, PAG
Sec3 age 15, SILENT SCREAM
Sec4 age 16, LSS
Sec5 age 17, YOUTH ALPHA, TOB, FERTILITY AWARENESS
For special cases, we need to place older children in lower classes to catch up.
We do not place younger children in higher classes.
